My husband called for fiber WiFi, which he was told was available where we live. After a 45-minute conversation of the representative trying to get us to add on this and that, the rep did the old BAIT & SWITCH!! We got bamboozled! We were not given fiber and the WiFi was terrible. We couldn’t even run Hulu or Netflix without “playback error” message popping up, constantly. We even turned WiFi off on our phones in hope the WiFi for the TV would work better. No dice. We were hoodwinked!!! The installer told us we could can back if not satisfied, and get the fiber. When we called, suddenly fiber isn’t available where we live. We immediately cancelled our service and went with another provider. Nobody’s got time for your deceitful games.
