I have had Spectrum for 5 1/2yrs. It's never been close to the best internet service i have had but it was the only cable internet available in our area then. Customer service has always been rude. One time we received a really nice guy. Finally there is something else available in our area so we took advantage. Spectrum is charging us a full month's service because our bill renewed two days ago. So they are saying I still have to pay for service up till Aug 12th even though it has been turned off today. They say there is no one there who can help us with this and keep saying their scripts of "I understand you're upset". Customer relationships are dead these days. People do not look out for people anymore and it is sad. I will not recommend a company who does not care for their customers and neither should you!
