For what we pay for the internet and a landline is totally not right. Pay for a service we dont receive. We have begged and pleaded with Natco to get us descent internet service. Basically what they say is "Im Sorry." well sorry doesnt do any good when we are handing over about $200.00 dollars a month for service we do not get. And all they can say is you are getting fiberoptics. And when? "oh about three years from now." what kind of an answer is this? Really Stupid to take care of the residence that are getting fantastic internet service and ignore the reidents that has very poor service. Nice going Natco, your no help to this community what so ever.
