Worst customer service ever. It’s gone waaaay down hill the last year or two. Impossible to speak to someone and the automated system just sends you in circles. I’ve had support out to my home 3 times. After many frustrating calls, finally scheduled a 4th customer support service to my home. There was no record of what even happened the other times. It had to try to explain things again…. For the hundredth time. My tv shuts on and off many times over the last two months. I recently got a $20 credit for my $280 a month bill. Laughable. Literally the worst customer service ever. Can’t wait to switch after 16 years (they were actually good until recently)

Comcast/Xfinity has absolutely fantastic service. It's lightening fast – certainly faster than my computer itself. One in a blue moon it'll go out for about half an hour somewhere between 1:30 and 3:30 in the morning. Given that it only happens that late at night, my guess is it's not “going out” - it's probably scheduled maintenance. And during that time the cable doesn't go out, so we can still watch TV – not like we're up anyway. At around $100 a month for internet, cable, and phone, it's a great deal. Our experience with Comcast/Xfinity has been a pleasure.
