We tried we tried three times to have them come set up service at our home. The first time they put the wires in the wrong area (without consulting anyone who was home. We didn't even know anyone was coming to connect wires). We tried to schedule two other visits. Both other times no one showed up and no one called. We missed over 8 hours of work just sitting around waiting for nothing. When I would call to make appointments or to discuss the situation with our internet, the multiple calls took between 20-47 minutes, and nothing was solved. I did have one time where I called and it only took 12 minutes and the woman was very respectful and helpful and swiftly set up the appointment. Unfortunately that was one of the appointments that never followed through. What a waste of our time. We will definitely be looking elsewhere for our internet and do NOT recommend ziply for any services.

I have cancelled frontier food in parts over 9 years. Intro price, that ends and the new price doubles. When you try and resolve Bill's it takes 3 calls most times and always includes waiting to be transferred. Now they add on arbitrary fees to raise up. What were their guaranteed prices. When they say the will remove fees they actually dont. I dont think any service is great, but frontier is horrid. Several times a year service goes out for days at a time with no reimbursement. If you have a fixed rate, leave it alone!

I have been using their FIOS for years. It was always up and consistence. But it started to drop randomly throughout the day. The connection kept going up and down. Called and chatted with their tech support so many times I lost count. Every equipment was replaced including the FISO outside of the house and connection still drops randomly. Some days were better and some days were worst. I finally made a decision to switch to comcast. I hate switching, but I am tired of putting up with their crappy connection.
