Absolutely awful customer service. I thought Comcast had improved and switched providers when I moved. Boy was I wrong!. I've been trying to resolve a billing error for hours. The phone number on the bill puts you into IVR hell. The chat assistant eventually can get you to a queue for a human, who then transfers you into another queue for another human who then cannot resolve the problem. All while you're trying to type on your tiny phone keyboard. The agent said that a live person would call me within 21 minutes, but never got a call back.

All these other reviews are pretty sus...all done on pretty much the same day and all mention fast and reliable, hmmmm....right. My service is anything but fast and reliable. My fiber internet drops constantly, when you call you get told that there's no problem on their end so it must be on my end. I have bought all new equipment at their suggestion and still cannot stay connected, which by the way, if you get their TV service it relies on the internet service, so not only do you have no internet your TV also doesn't work, it's great! Save yourself the headache and just go with Xfinity or CenturyLink, at least those two companies will still be around for years.
