STEPHEN C | 04-02-2023

This is absolutely the worst customer service in all of my 79 years. It takes forever to get through to a live human and she usually has a foreign accent. My land lines have no dial tone. I called t lest 5 times to schedule repairs and was promised specific times. No one has showed up in 10 days nor has anyone contacted me. I have finally given up and will switch to Comcast/X- finity who answered the phone right away and scheduled me very soon.

Service is very inconsistent. Very good, then nothing at all. Price keeps going up every year. Biggest problem: our internet went out multiple times over a 2 day period and Comcast Xfinity has successfully removed all phone links to customer service. It's robots only. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No internet = no working from home. Good-bye, Xfinity.

Been using them for just over two years. The modem dies for no reason about once every 3 months. And during a move where I was supposed to have the service immediately transferred, they canceled my appointment without telling me and then made me wait a week without another appointment
