Spectrum is a joke the internet is really slow they always say that they will send a tech but they never do, most of the time customer support won't be able to help you out, sadly spectrum is the only internet provider we can use here. If you can avoid them

We have had a lot of problems with Charter this last year , we have many times that the internet goes out, we really don't have other options around here, so we have to deal with what they dish out. We run quite a few devices and we need to have reliable service. I would say that we get good service about 80 percent of the time. I also wish the cost of our internet was a bit less. Charter does have a adequate way to address problems we might have with outages and such, they have an automated phone messaging service that talks you through the problems. You do have to be somewhat literate on tech issues though in order to understand how to fix issues. This is a struggle for my parents who also use Charter. They need a translator.
