I called to have the cable line moved for my addition to my house. I was told 7 to 10 for them to come out. At day 12 no response so we called back to see what the answer was. Now we are being to told 14 days. Now we are 21 days and no response. Very unsatisfied with this service. My contractor had to hold the cable up because it’s now exposed from the ground and pour concrete. If Xfinity would of came out on any of the days they said they were going to it would be out of the way!! What poor service!
