Speed test shows between 300 Mb/s to 360 Mb/s no where near the 1000 Mb/s they show in there Ads. I am outside of the city, so in the city it may be closer to what the ad shows, but I would say they should have 500 Mb/s in there ad instead as a best speed.

When I signed with spectrum I told them I was on fixed income. I was assured that their rate would not increase for the next year. By the end of the year my rate increased from 60+ to 130+. They lie.
