For MONTHS I have asked to change my internet from 30mbps to 100 - which is what I pay for - and with 4 FAILED ATTEMPTS I am still waiting. The first time I set the appointment but had to reschedule. They billed me and did not put me back on the list to be revisited. The second time I made an appointment again, and when someone showed up they said they were here only to install internet, and if I wanted to upgrade they would have to send a new modem. The issue is I already had the internet installed, and the entire reason I called was to have it upgraded from the 30mbps to the 100mbps they advertise. I do not understand how a company can make such a big mistake when they quite literally had my account pulled up on their computer (to set the appointment) and could clearly see that I had been using their service for a few months. The third time I called, I told them everything that happened before, and that I simply needed to upgrade my internet to accommodate for what I pay for. But not even 24 hours after making a THIRD attempt to have my WiFi upgraded to accommodate what the company publically advertised to me (and still is actively advertising), they did the same exact thing and put me on the “instillation” list. Now, the 4th time. I once more explained all of this on the phone to someone who then told me they understood and would have someone out to greet me Saturday. What that employee failed to mention was that he was referring to a Saturday 2 weeks out, not the upcoming Saturday. Completely incompetent company that has a completely good service to sell, but unfortunately no proper management to make it work.

They tell you they’re gonna try to help you, put you on hold for 10 minutes then hang up. They come out to put a phone jack in earlier than they are scheduled then want to come back another day. Customer service is utterly useless.

Speed tests don't usually catch intermittent latency spikes. The service is plagued with them, especially during peak hours, and tech support refuses to acknowledge their existence. These spikes make gaming impossible, and streaming is almost always pixelated and/or boggs down completely. Tech support says these spikes must be the game server's, or the streaming service's fault, but I have had the same issue for any game and any streaming service from youtube, to hulu, amazon, netflix, etc. If you don't game, and you don't stream, then go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.
