READ BEFORE CONSIDERING: I’d give no stars and wish the worst for this internet company. If you want to pay an excessive amount for internet that doesn’t work… Be my guest. I Paid about $253 monthly and ended up using a phone hot spot because it wasn’t working, called numerous times for them to help with nothing. When I went to cancel it they charged me over 300 dollars when they specifically said and advertised that it was free cancellation. They also just charged me over 300 dollars after 7 months of not being with them and now I’m currently stuck on the phone for hours with these people. That just sums a little portion of this internet. I ABSOLUTELY NEVER write good or bad reviews because I don’t have time for it, but every single thing about this company is horrible. I would ABSOLUTELY love for this company to just shut down and never be heard of again. I honestly don’t know how they still are around considering all the other reviews. Please do not give these guys your money.

We have needed to have a modem installed for over a month and every time we schedule and appointment, they still haven’t shown up to install. We have called 4 times and every time they have never showed, the customer service was horrible, the lady on the phone was rude and lied to us about what happened, she claimed that the installer had been at our house by 9 when he had not. I participate in online school and i am not able to do it at my house because of this, this is very annoying and I do not recommend.

Centurylink has been never what was promised. Speeds barely faster than 3.0 mbps leave us with a lot of buffering.
