The customer service is above all I think. However, we live in the country and are supposed to get 6 Mbps. That's on a good day. Most the time we have to unplug the modem and wait 20-30 minutes and then plug back in and get the 6 Mbps speeds. We experience high latency as well alot of the times. Have replaced modem all ready. The 2.4 ghz is the best one the 5 ghz is super slow and laggy. We only run two devices on the system at any given time so speeds shouldn't be slow at all. But was promised several months ago their going to have fiber optic out here. That was in January it's now April. But again their techs and customer service are above all I have ever dealt with in Mountain View Arkansas area.

The customer service is great. They have often worked with us on our payments when the funds were not there. The speed is the fastest in our area at this time, yet is insufficient more times than not, especially when everyone is home and connected. If they could increase the speed and or bandwidth of the connection for the same rate, it would make our ISP great!
