Internet went out last night so I called and had an appointment scheduled for 6pm tonight. I'm on my way home from work when I get a text stating that the tech is on the way to my house for my 4pm appointment, call dispatch and she informs me there's nothing they can do that it was scheduled for 4pm. I call the tech support and happen to be speaking to the same guy I spoke with the night prior and he remembers our conversation and looks at the schedule just to see that the tech moved the appointment with no heads up to me and shows up before I'm able to get home from work. This is completely unacceptable and if not made right will be the reason I go back to my previous provider. This is not the first time it has happened to me and I have heard of many others having the same issue
